The benefits provided under the AppleCare Protection Plan are in addition to the consumer's statutory rights to free repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund from the seller if the product did not conform to the sales contract at the time of delivery. Under Polish civil law, consumers may make claims under these rights for up to two years from the date of delivery.
