The charger can be connected anywhere with access to a grounded 230V electrical outlet, allowing you to enjoy independence as you travel.

European standard type 2 connector

The charger has a Type 2 connector, which is currently the official European Union standard and charges electric cars equipped with the appropriate charging socket. The Type 2 connector has 7 pins, of which 3 or 5 are for charging and 2 are for communication between the station and the car.

Compatible with most electric cars sold in Europe

The Qoltec charger supports four current modes: 8A, 10A, 13A and 16A. It is worth noting that the Type 2 connector is designed for electric vehicles with a charging power greater than 3kW. 

Indicator with LED 

The product is equipped with an LED indicator showing the charging status. On the display, you can:
set the current intensity using the current intensity adjustment button: 8A, 10A, 13A, 16A;
monitor the charging progress using the LED indicator.

Automatic error correction

The charger is equipped with an intelligent chip that automatically corrects errors during charging, reacting when any of the parameters exceed the acceptable standards and ensuring stable, safe operation of the device. 

Waterproof polycarbonate casing

Our chargers are constructed from durable, UV-resistant, non-flammable polycarbonate. In addition, the charger is highly water-resistant and dustproof. The casing has special openings designed for external mounting. 

Charge at home or on the go 

If you want to mount your EV charger on the wall, choose a suitable location, preferably close to your car and a power source. You will also need to install a residual current device a type B RCD is the best choice as a means of full supplementary protection. Ensure that the location is protected from moisture, free from mechanical damage and not exposed to direct sunlight. Be sure to check that this is the case. A 5-metre charging cable with an ergonomic plug ensures a high level of convenience.

when the photovoltaic panels are producing energy - this is the most cost-effective solution
using surplus energy produced by photovoltaic panels, which has been transferred to an energy storage facility or the grid and can be used at a later time.
